Your parents have probably told you not to watch a TV show because it is too violent or that some video games are too violent. But what does that mean? Well, violence occurs when people hurt each other or do mean things. Unfortunately, violence can be found almost everywhere — on TV, in video games, in some music, and sometimes, even in your school. If you see violence happening near you, be sure to talk to an adult about it.
